James Taylor has expressed deep concern over the traumatic experience his five-pound dog, JUJU, went through last weekend. Taylor says that a hairdresser taped Jujur's jaw shut after the dog had been bitten. As a result, Jujur became bloody and upset.
Taylor explained, "My pet was clearly distressed. What I initially believed was a mask turned out be tape. Jujur was clearly injured and his paws were red. His toenails, cut too closely to the paws likely caused him to bite.
Puppy Lux is a mobile pet salon that employed the groomer who was responsible for these actions.
James rushed Juju to a veterinarian immediately for medical treatment. In joining other individuals who have also made similar claims, he has accused Puppy lux of animal abuse. San Mateo has launched an investigation to determine if the company is guilty of animal cruelty.
James described what he saw. "I noticed injuries near the joints, in the neck area, and around the genital areas." The cuts were so deep that they caused blood to flow."
Jack Smithr, a customer of Puppy Lux, posted a review on Yelp, detailing how his pets were returned to him injured or unwell. Another get more info customer took a Snapchat of a dog appearing to be in pain. They claimed that a groomer inserted an ear napkin by force.
Puppy lux wants its customers to understand what their groomer said to him. After all, they trusted this person with the care of their animals. James stated, "Jonny informed to me that the use of tape to close the mouth is acceptable and normal. He claims it is preferred to using a mute, which is harmful to dogs. He also said he personally used this method on his dog."
Fox contacted Puppy Lux, who answered the phone and handed it to a woman claiming that they were investigating allegations. However, when questioned about Puppy Lux, she quickly asserted that it was a separate entity before abruptly ending the call.
